PADER stands for Problematic Activities in Digital Environments Research.

PADER Lab aims to examine problematic behaviors in digital environments, with a focus on addictive behaviors (e.g., online gambling), and to explore intervention strategies. Specifically, our research addresses how a range of problematic behaviors emerge and persist in digital environments, the development of digitally delivered mental health programs (e.g., online self-compassion programs), and the roles of AI.
